Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Finance Analyst to join a thriving Accounting & Finance team. The role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to analyse financial data to support decision-making.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to provide insights for business strategy.
- Monitor budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Assist in the development of financial models to evaluate business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance.
- Identify and analyse financial trends and variances.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews.
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
- Ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying improvements and efficiencies.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
