We are seeking to fill a permanent position to fulfill a finance and administration function for our After School Programme and offer a contract of employment from 15 to 22.5 hours per week (Flexibility on hours based on Needs - Reference Number F&A ASC 00625) The role of Finance & Administration Officer is a key position within the Team and we are looking for motivated, skilled, experienced and committed candidate.
Duties
? To act as first point of call for After School Club, including fielding telephone
calls, taking messages and dealing with emails.
? To issue monthly invoices and statements to After School Club customers.
? To reconcile After School Club accounts and liaise with customers in relation to
outstanding fees.
? To deal with After School Club customers in relation to registration, booking and
financial queries.
? To provide basic secretarial support to After School Club staff, including word
processing, typing correspondence and taking minutes.
? To maintain manual and computerised filing systems for After School Club.
? To support the process of Early Years vetting for staff and volunteers.
? To assist with After School Club promotional activities, including preparing
publicity materials and supporting colleagues with special events.
? To assist with the production of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
? To assist with the timely and accurate completion of financial returns for After
School Club funders.
? To undertake any other reasonable duties, as agreed with the After School Club
Leader and/or the Association's Finance & Compliance Officer.
Experience
Essential
? Computer literate
? Knowledge of office applications
? Knowledge of accounting software packages
Desirable
? Familiar with Google Apps
? Familiar with Quick Books
? Able to produce creative publications & website content
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 22,000.00-23,809.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 - 22 per week
