Finance And Business Support Administrator

Hanley, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

In 2026 Stoke on Trent Housing Society will celebrate its 60th anniversary as a Housing Association, providing over 600 affordable homes in the city, an achievement we're very proud of. We've been described as "small but mighty", successfully managing several high-rise schemes in the city whilst at the same time effectively business planning for the challenges currently faced by the sector.

We're currently looking for a Finance and Business Support Administrator to work within our Finance and Business Support services. This is a newly created service area and offers a fantastic opportunity to help build new systems and processes.

But here's the exciting bit, as a smaller housing association, the job satisfaction and experience you will gain will be off the scale as working for a smaller organisation you will be given the chance to contribute your opinions and ideas on everything and there won't be any elements of social housing that you won't get involved in or learn about. What could be more satisfying!

Numeracy skills

Experience in accounts, including bank and cash reconciliation

Great skills in excel

Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.
