What you'll be doing...

As a Finance and Compliance Manager, you'll oversee financial management alongside regulatory compliance to ensure the organisation meets its financial goals while adhering to all legal and industry standards.

Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes Oversee compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements Develop and maintain internal controls and governance frameworks Liaise with auditors, regulators, and other external bodies Monitor and report on compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies Support the development of policies and procedures related to finance and compliance Provide guidance and training to teams on compliance and financial best practices Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making and identify improvement opportunities

What can you bring?

Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or compliance certification (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) Experience in finance management and regulatory compliance Strong knowledge of relevant financial laws, regulations, and industry standards Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills Ability to develop policies and lead compliance initiatives Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Office
