Finance Administrator
to support our finance and administrative functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily financial transactions and data entry
Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and promptly
Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams professionally
Assist with logistics tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar accounts or administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage) is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
