Finance Apprentice Jobs in Andover at Stannah - Join Our Team!Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Apprentice to join our Andover Head Office. This role will focus on Accounts Payable work initially.This job will involve supporting our busy bought ledger team in processing approximately 9,000 invoices per month. You will match, enter, and review supplier invoices across multiple systems, all while working towards a recognised finance-related apprenticeship qualification.As Finance Apprentice, you will work 8:30am-5:15pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am-1:30pm Friday. This job is a fixed-term contract for the duration of the apprenticeship with the opportunity for further development after the initial apprenticeship.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their finance career while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive team environment.Finance Apprentice Responsibilities:

  • Matching supplier invoices to system-generated goods receipts
  • Document scanning
  • Opening post and distributing invoices
  • Dealing with supplier payment queries
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve order and invoice issues
  • Working consistently towards your apprenticeship qualification
  • Supporting the finance team with additional duties and ad-hoc tasks
Finance Apprentice Requirements:
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grades A-C or 5-9) or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner
  • Problem-solving ability and a methodical approach to repetitive tasks
  • A cooperative and supportive team player with integrity
