Finance Apprentice

to join our team and begin their journey towards becoming a Chartered Accountant.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands?on experience, receive full training and mentorship, and build a strong foundation in accounting and finance.

Key elements of the job:

Process and issue sales invoices accurately Assist with processing invoices, reconcile statements, expense claims, and purchase orders Process credit card receipts in line with the expense policy Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Provide administrative support to the finance team Help ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations Assist with bank reconciliations Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers as required via telephone and email management Participate in audits and support ad hoc finance projects

Is this you?

We're looking for someone who:

Proactively seeks tasks and improvements Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn Manages multiple tasks and adapts to business needs Works effectively with colleagues across departments Maintains confidentiality of financial and personal data Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths (Grade 6 or above) and English (Grade 4/C or above) Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
