Due to our continued growth we are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant.
The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including:
Entering purchase orders in line with the Group's ordering & pricing procedures.
Processing of supplier & sub-contractor invoices, ensuring compliance with the Group's approval procedures at all times.
Processing of daily stock transactions (goods received notes, goods returns and project picklists).
Management of Finance Team's shared mailboxes and filing of documentation.
Liaising with suppliers & internal employees to resolve any invoice queries.
General maintenance of the purchasing system.
Processing of employee expense claims in line with the Group's approval procedures.
Respond to any internal email queries.
Assist the Finance team with any general admin duties.
These duties should be carried out with a keen attention to detail and a can do attitude. The role requires processes to be followed from start to finish in order to deliver accurate and consistent results, whilst also displaying strong organisational & communication skills, and working effectively and efficiently both individually and as part of a team.
