We are working with a leading employer based in Ballymena to recruit for a Finance Assistant to be part of their finance team. This is a permanent role.
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for:
Providing Administrative support to the finance team
Processing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy
Maintaining accurate financial records
Monitoring incoming payments and maintaining customer records
Credit control
Updating organised records of all invoices, receipts, and correspondence.
What you will need to have for the Finance Assistant role:
Previous experience as a Finance Assistant
Experience of invoicing and credit control
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
Proficient in MS Office to include Excel
Excellent negotiation skills
