are seeking a Finance Assistant to join a friendly and dedicated school we are working with in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your bookkeeping and accounting skills in a supportive school environment, working with systems such as

ISAMS

and

iFinance

to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our financial operations.

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday) offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient running of our school's financial operations.

Key responsibilities:

Bookkeeping, invoicing and general accounts management Assisting with budget monitoring and financial reporting Processing payments, receipts and reconciliations Supporting the Finance Manager with day-to-day financial administration Using school finance systems including

ISAMS

and

iFinance

Person specification:

We are looking for someone with:

Previous experience in a finance or accounts role (school experience desirable) Knowledge of bookkeeping and invoicing processes Strong IT skills and the ability to work confidently with finance systems An eye for detail, accuracy and excellent organisational skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork

Qualifications:

AAT Level 2/3 in accounting

(or working towards) OR equivalent relevant experience in a finance-related field
