Job Description

The Finance Assistant role involves supporting the finance department with essential financial tasks, including accounts payable and finance admin.

Assist with processing invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
Support the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
Respond to internal and external financial queries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and manage financial data integrity and accuracy.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts when required.
Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the team.
