About the role
We are currently looking for an assistant for the finance department at our head offices in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing incoming payments from various sources
Taking payments from customers over the telephone
Processing and administering monthly payments
Data entry
Scanning and filing accounts documents
Assisting in the accounts department where necessary
The Ideal Candidate:
Has attention to detail
Can work accurately
Has good telephone manners and can speak English perfectly
Must be a good team player, orderly and responsible.
The ideal person would have an interest in accounts (accounting), for example studying towards AAT qualification.
