Description





To work as part of a busy team to cover various areas to include daily bank reconciliations, month end process, daily banking receipts/cancellations. Assist with daily day to day finance duties.

Key Accountabilities





To manage and maintain our client accounts, ensure policies and procedures are in place at all timesComplete daily bank reconciliations for all accounts Manage shared high volume email inbox as and when required Review client account balances on a daily basis and produce replenishment request if required Complete month end process for all clients Complete monthly VAT review Maintain client needs and deadlines Daily day to day finance queries from file handlers and clients Complete daily cheque run for all clients Complete daily BACS process for all clients Assist Senior Finance Assistant and Manager as required


Experience, Skills and Qualifications





Experience of working in a busy Finance team. Ability to use Excel. To be able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail whilst dealing with high volumes. A positive attitude and strong work ethic that is keen to learn and explore new ideas. Well organised with the ability to prioritise. Ability to communicate effectively to team members, colleagues and clients.
