The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.



As a Finance Assistant, you will be a vital part of our Finance team, ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of financial transactions across the business. From processing payments to reconciling accounts and supporting daily reporting, your precision and attention to detail will help us uphold financial integrity as we build one of London's most anticipated luxury openings.

Key Responsibilities:

Process all financial transactions, commissions, payments, and billing with accuracy and efficiency.

Reconcile the Accounts Receivable ledger, ensuring payments are correctly posted.

*



Issue client and guest invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and process authorised refunds and allowances.

Reconcile cash and credit card transactions daily, ensuring accuracy across Opera and reconciliation software.

*



Prepare financial reports and maintain full compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

*



Collaborate with departments to ensure a smooth flow of financial information.

*



Attend team meetings and training sessions to support your professional development.

Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, brand integrity, and financial ethics at all times.

What We're Looking For:

A methodical and detail-oriented approach to financial processes.

Familiarity with Opera, billing systems, or similar reconciliation software (training can be provided).
