The Accountancy Service of the Directorate of Resources currently has a vacancy for 1 Finance Officer (Scale 5), in the Housing & Safer Communities Accountancy team, providing accounting and business support across a range of financial services.

Who we are looking for:
Finance Assistant
responsibilities include to:
Have responsibility to provide support for a defined range of financial processes e.g. budgets, monitoring, reconciliations, maintaining financial records, transactions and controls
Provide advice to service managers and others on agreed financial procedures
Work on your own and with others to utilise your capabilities with Excel, other IT and communication skills to analyse and prepare financial information in a clear and timely manner.
