We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our growing finance team. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and play a key part in keeping our accounts running smoothly, focusing on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.

What You Will Do
You will work alongside a collaborative, high-energy team to keep financial records accurate and up to date, including:
Ensure accurate and timely issue of sales invoices and follow up on outstanding balances (Accounts Receivable)
Process supplier invoices and staff expenses and ensure timely payment runs (Accounts Payable)
Engage with suppliers and resolve queries
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Assist the Finance Manager with month-end procedures and reporting
Support with ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed
Build relationships with colleagues across the business, acting as a friendly point of contact for finance queries
What We Are Looking For
Ideally studying towards a recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, AAT, ACCA) or previous experience in similar role, passion and positive attitude are just as important.
Organised, detail-focused, and eager to learn
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and comfortable with accounting software (no worries, we will train you!)
Good communicator who enjoys being part of a team.
