What you will be doing:
To support the Financial Controller in all aspects of the work and contribute to the smooth running of the finance operations on a day-to-day basis.
To ensure the timely and accurate production of all financial information to the company standard.
Prepare and Analyze Daily Revenue Report
Daily VAT reconciliation and investigation
Support Income Audit and Direct Billing/AR function
Daily Credit Card and Cash Reconciliation
AP invoice processing
AP Statement Checks
AP Supplier Queries
AP Supplier Maintenance in the system
Monitor and manage Accounts Inbox
Completion of the daily bank reconciliation
Petty cash reclaims - Log and code the reimbursed receipts
Actively following standard operating procedures, ensuring the hotel is complying with audit standards and performing spot checks as required.
To act as trainer for all account's assistants providing advice on best practice, use of the accounting and operating system, month end procedures, and audit standards.
To perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager
We are looking for
a passionate, friendly, Leadership. communication, and organisation skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Hospitality experience is preferred
