Oak Grove College is a community generic special school providing special education for 282 students with learning difficulties from Year 7 to Year 14. We are part of the Thrive Federation of Schools which also includes Palatine Primary School, Herons Dale School and Cornfield School.

What You Need to Succeed
Oak Grove College are looking to appoint a highly professional individual to provide support within the Finance team specifically focussing on school dinner money, free school meals, ordering and invoices. This is an exciting and varied position that is responsible for overseeing the administration of school lunches and payments and is key to ensuring that the school is well resourced with ordering completed promptly and efficiently.
The individual appointed will need to have experience of the following:
Excellent organisational skills
Good experience in Microsoft operating systems and confidence learning new systems
Ability to complete financial tasks
Able to maintain accurate records and data
Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure
Able to use initiative and work without supervision
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
