We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential accounting and administrative support, ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies. You'll also assist the team with a variety of administrative tasks, from organising documents to supporting on projects.

Key Responsibilities:



As a Finance Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Completing month-end procedures and checklists. Matching invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders. Collating invoices and credits, and updating the Sage system. Identifying and resolving discrepancies with invoices. Communicating with suppliers and colleagues in a friendly and helpful manner. Ensuring office documents and files are organised. Maintaining efficient finance systems and processes. Assisting the team with various projects and contributing ideas.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:



The ideal Finance Assistant is someone who:

Is highly organised and has great attention to detail. Is wanting an entry level role into the finance sector. Has strong time management skills. Is able to work independently and as part of a team. Ideally has some experience in finance or administration (but this is not essential).
