VNA Education is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key role in supporting our finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier payment processing - Timesheets, Schedules, Invoices via Xero
Chasing aged debt and maintaining accurate debtor records
Processing and issuing credit notes
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Completing bank reconciliations accurately and on time
Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative duties
About You
Previous experience in a finance or accounts role is desirable
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident with Microsoft Excel and general accounting processes
Knowledge of Xero accounting software would be distinct advantage
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
