We have an exciting opportunity for a Fianace Assistant to join group Finance team of Reignwood Investments UK (RIUK). Reignwood Investments UK is the local subsidary of parent group Reignwood RIUK oversees brands and partners such as Wentworth Club, Ten Trinity Square Private Club, Four Seasons Tower Hill and VOSS water.
As the Finance Assistant you will provide effective and proactive support to the Finance Team through the accurate management of all creditors and debtors ledgers. To work in partnership with one unit/division of the business and take a broad financial role covering all aspects of the P&L and Balance Sheet while assisting with other business units. To support RIUK Finance team, this role directly reports into the Finance Manager RIUK.
Full-time 40 hours per week, hybrid working model.
Key duties and responsibilities
Responsibility for payment processing and updates
Maintain accounts through daily and monthly reconciliations.
Maintain member accounts through daily and monthly reconciliations.
Preparing weekly cash journals
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets
Analyse quarterly actual expenditure against budget, monitoring variance and forecasts
Support on development of multi-currency cash flow
Liaising with all banks for new bank account opening and online banking set up;
Assisting in bank automation system implementation and interface project with SAP
Maintaining and updating the company's banking information and managing all bank accounts
Support on Treasury led financing projects;
Register and updating internal loan records
Register and updating the Purchase Requisition tracker for Finance record
Support on the development and implementation of systems, processes and policies from Finance Department
Key Competencies
Bachelor degree in Management Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering is desirable orother qualifications (CA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Multitasking and prioritisation skills
Flexible to work over time if required by management to meet tight deadline
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
High detail oriented and outstanding organisational and planning skills
Willing to work under pressures and short timeframe
Knowledge of SAP software is preferred
Good work ethic, diligence, enthusiasm, and responsible attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
