As Finance Business Associate you will:



Deliver clear, insightful financial analysis and projections to support effective operational decision-making Drive accurate budgeting and forecasting by preparing and reviewing financial data in collaboration with stakeholders Develop and maintain business models to support performance, ROI analysis, and long-term financial planning Provide challenge, support and advice to non-finance colleagues to enhance their financial understanding Contribute to the creation and assessment of business cases, ensuring assumptions are robust and aligned to strategy Identify and share improvements in reporting and financial processes across the Business Partnering team Operate in compliance with PDSA's financial policies and uphold our values of compassion, integrity and accountability


We're seeking someone with:

Part-qualified status with a recognised accountancy body

(CIMA, ACCA, AAT), ideally working toward full qualification Strong proficiency in

Excel and financial analysis tools

A solid understanding of

financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting

Experience interpreting financial data for non-finance stakeholders in a complex organisation Commercial awareness and analytical thinking to support long-term sustainability and impact
