We are seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join a thriving organisation in the healthcare industry in the Accrington area. This permanent role will focus on delivering financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making within the accounting and finance department.
The successful Finance Business Partner will:

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to assist in performance tracking.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to improve business operations.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Review and challenge financial data to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
• Support the development and implementation of financial processes and policies.
• Assist in driving cost efficiencies and optimising resource allocation.
