We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing Finance team. This is a pivotal role supporting the Aston Martin Performance Technologies (AMPT) Executive Leadership Team and key stakeholders across the Non-F1 business. You will provide insightful financial analysis, drive strategic decision-making, and help shape the future of our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities



Business Partnering

Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and engineers across AMPT. Lead financial support for Non-F1 departments, becoming a go-to expert for commercial insight. Deliver accurate and timely month-end reporting, including variance analysis and forecasting. Identify opportunities to drive revenue, reduce costs, and mitigate risk. Develop robust business cases to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives. Own and enhance the capex process, ensuring alignment with business needs. Support long-term planning, considering regulatory impacts and key calendar events.

Continuous Improvement

Champion process improvements and system enhancements across finance and operations. Collaborate with the wider Finance team (FP&A, Financial Accounting) on ad-hoc projects and reporting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and FIA regulations.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise



Qualifications

Part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, AAT) with demonstrable post-qualification experience.


Experience

Strong management accounting background. Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Skills & Attributes

Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise under pressure. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
