Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading ecommerce/retail business based near Central Birmingham(remote working on offer) who are looking to carry on further succession within the appointment of a qualified Accountant to focus on the e-commerce side of the business. This is a new position that has come about purely due to organic growth within the business and promotion within. The ideal person for this position will be an experienced Finance Business Partner who is looking to advance in their career through developing as a true business partner with the ability to build and maintain credible relationships with key stakeholders and impact the wider business in key projects. Ideally, you will;

• Be a qualified Accountant within the commercial world, ideally already having a digital and retail background
• Be able to work on all levels, able to interact with different people when relaying financial information, with a keen eye for detail and confident with any new suggestions made
• Work closely with the different stakeholders having the ability to manage their expectations, cater reports to how suits best and also act as a financial advisor with their budget on a monthly basis
• Act quickly to situations that may occur, using initiative and technical accounting knowledge

• Have a varied role that will allow you to be and think commercially, whilst keeping your fundamental accounting skills up to date
