Job Description
Axon Moore are recruiting a Finance Business Partner on behalf of an exciting and growing business near Burnley. This is a fantastic role which will hold a high degree of autonomy to manage the commercial and operational performance of across several divisions, and ultimately increasing profitability. The business continues to grow both organically and via multiple acquisitions, so it really is the best possible time to join!
Responsibilities include:
- Reporting financial performance of key strategic customers including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow.
- Revenue and profitability reports
- In depth understanding of customer P&L\'s and cashflow to ensure alignment to the contract.
- Understand and report the position on SLA performance and any risks of penalties.
- Working with the wider finance team to report, analyse and continually improve customer profitability reporting.
- Working with commercial and product teams to understand and interpret commercial deals, outlining opportunities and risk.
- Assist in the production of divisional budgets and forecasts.
- Driving cost control.
- Producing data for board pack input.
- Business partnering across operational and commercial teams
- Ad hoc strategic projects and potential acquisitions.
