Job Description

Robert Walters are excited to be representing a global market leading business based in Manchester as they look to appoint a high calibre Finance Business Partner, and future finance leader, to work in partnership with the senior leadership team across a global remit. You\'ll largely partner with Sales and Operational Directors, holding P&L responsibility and driving revenue growth through OPEX efficiency, steering pricing & margin, driving sales through incentives & rewards and targeting opportunity for order maximisation.

The role:

• Building strong working relationships with an international senior leadership team.
• Adding significant OPEX value around sales and orders.
• Delivering and assessing KPIs.
• Presenting to the board, utillising excellent communication skills, to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Monitor the external environment and translate relevant trends into the organisation.
• Project work including process and systems improvements and implementations.
• Manage the annual budget and periodic forecasts and cash forecasts for the division.
• Provide MI to influence business performance and decision making.

Experience:

• Being ACA/ACCA/CIMA fully qualified.
• A degree (ideally in Accounting) from a leading university.
• Commercial experience at a senior level within a multinational organisation.
• Proven experience in business planning, financial planning (forecasting/budgeting) & analysis.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with a proven background in delivering financial information to non-finance stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong financial modelling skills would be advantageous.
