A well-regarded automotive business is looking to recruit a regional Finance Business Partner. Known for progression, flexibility and true Finance Business Partner roles this is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy a more commercially focussed position.
The role will cover several sites in the region where you will partner to provide real-time support, analysis and advice to aid in commercial decision-making.
In this role you will:
- Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the business, the impact of industry trends and priorities, and supporting and guiding the function through financial and business decisions.
- Translate complex data and problem statements into meaningful insights to help inform decision-making and future actions.
- Develop high-quality insights to advise business leaders; tell a story with data and insight to shape day-to-day and strategic business decisions.
- Relationship management of key business stakeholders, and act as trusted Finance partner by using key financial insights to direct, influence and shape overall direction of the business.
- Build a relationship with the shared service centre at Head Office.
