With 29 stores across Northern Ireland, England, and Scotland, we're now looking for a Finance Business Partner/Commercial Accountant to play a key role in driving our next stage of growth.
The Role
------------
This is a key role for someone who loves systems, data, and making real operational impact. Reporting directly to our Group Financial Controller and working closely with the Operations team, you'll act as the go-to expert for our Fourth Hospitality purchasing/stock platform and Vita Mojo EPOS/sales system.
You'll play a fundamental role in shaping how our systems support the business. From training frontline staff and troubleshooting tech challenges, to redesigning dashboards and unlocking insights that drive better decision making.
We're looking for someone who's not only confident with numbers but is keen to use them to influence smarter decisions and business performance.
What You'll Be Doing

Own and manage all master data in Fourth Hospitality and Vita Mojo systems.
Develop practical user guides and deliver training across all stores and head office.
Act as the main point of contact for system queries, ideas, and improvements.
Regularly report on financial and commercial KPIs and confidently explain what they mean to non-finance colleagues across the business.
Support our Group Financial Controller with monthly management accounts, including P&L trends and balance sheet reconciliations.
Key contributor to project teams on new systems, process rollouts, and change initiatives including evaluation of project success.
What You'll Bring
---------------------
Qualified accountant (or equivalent experience). Ideally with hospitality or retail insight which is essential in understanding business operations with additional insight into challenges and opportunities within the sector.
A love for systems and continuous improvement. If something can work better, you'll quickly recognise that and say so.
Strong communication skills, you'll need to be able to confidently explain financial info to non-finance colleagues.
Advanced Excel skills and confidence using Office365 tools.
Comfortable in a dynamic, informal environment where flexibility and collaboration are key.
Previous experience in management of financial systems is essential. Experience with Sage 50, Fourth, and EPOS systems is a bonus.
