Are you passionate about financial integrity, performance excellence, and making a difference in adult skills delivery? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Compliance Lead to join our dynamic Performance and Funding team. This is a fixed term post.

About the Role





As the Skills Bootcamp Finance & Compliance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our Skills Bootcamp programme. You'll be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting compliance while ensuring all operations align with Department for Education (DfE) policies and funding regulations.



Your work will directly contribute to the success of our funding, finance, and performance KPIs, helping us deliver high-quality, impactful learning opportunities across the region.
