Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm, 35 hours per week

Pay:

26,000-29,000 per annum

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Controller to join our Anchor Group Services' Finance team at our Head Quarters in Chester Business Park! This pivotal role ensures the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to both internal stakeholders and external clients. You'll play a key part in managing and reporting parking revenue figures, supporting strategic decision-making, and maintaining financial integrity across all parking operations.



This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your career in Finance and join a highly motivated team. Further professional development training will be provided leading to the achievement of a Level 3 AAT qualification.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and Deliver Accurate Parking Revenue Reports to Clients and Senior Management. Monitor and Analyse Financial Performance Across Parking Sites. Recording Bank Receipts and Payments. Processing Bank Payments. Investigation and Verifying Bank Transactions. Handling Finance Correspondence. Assisting in Office and Finance Department Operations. Month/Year End Checks and Balances. Journal Adjustments. Parking Accrual. Job Costing Checks. Sharing Appropriate Financial Data Across the Business. Collaboration with the Parking Department.
