We are seeking a dedicated Finance Coordinator to join our team. This vital role involves managing financial operations to support our mission of accessible mental health support. The position can be based in Bath or Frome, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause within a compassionate environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administer the client invoicing process

Manage staff expenses

Maintain accurate financial records and files

Ensure all financial policies are up to date

All Credit control and purchase ledgers

Manage Paypal account

Control of Nat West bank account and reconciliation

Knowledge of dealing with Grant applications and processing

Sending monthly payroll figures to Accountant - Dealing with payroll, PAYE, Pensions queries

Act as Company Secretary

All administration with Charities Commission and Companies House

Liaise with company accountants to get annual accounts in order and remain compliant

Assisting CEO with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Provide critical strategic budget support and prepare annual budgets for the organisation site by site

Run monthly accounts report for trustees, attending monthly finance meeting with Trustees

Reconcile bank accounts and incoming payments in a timely manner

To be responsible for maintaining appropriate and confidential records.

To attend events for Focus if required, as and when necessary (Occasionally at the weekend)

Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks required to support the business
