This role involves close collaboration with accountants, directors, and stakeholders to ensure precise and organized financial documentation and reporting. You will be instrumental in maintaining up-to-date financial records, creating insightful reports, and supporting our team with cash flow and profitability analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities, including processing and reconciling rents, receipts, invoices, and bank statements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with accountants to support timely and accurate financial management and reporting.
Documentation Management:
File all receipts, contractor invoices, and bank statements, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
Reporting:
Provide clear, regular financial reports to directors.
Income Verification:
Check rental income against income statements, verifying and documenting all entries.
Cash Flow and P&L Preparation:
Collaborate directly with management to prepare cash flow projections and profit and loss statements for each entity.
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, financial administration, or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with directors and team members.

You'll work in our Main office in central Exeter
Compensation:
Salary to be discussed, based on experience.
