As the Finance Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of core finance processes, providing accurate financial data, and supporting month-end and year-end reporting. • Coordinate daily finance activities including accounts payable and receivable support
• Processing invoices, credit notes & general admin work
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry
• Monitor cash flow and update daily cash reports
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely approval and processing of invoices
• Assist with preparation of VAT returns and other statutory submissions
• Maintain fixed asset register and support with CAPEX tracking

• Previous experience in a similar finance role (e.g. Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Coordinator)
• Experience within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable
• Good understanding of core accounting principles
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Sage)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
