Our client is a well-respected leading specialist law firm operating nationally across 8 Offices with its Head Office located near Euston (London)
Established in the 1980\'s the firm have organically grown to 150 Lawyers with generating a revenue of \xc2\xa312 m.

Whilst already the market leader within their field, their specialism has a UK market Cap of \xc2\xa3800m therefore offering excellent scope for continued development.

As part of the companies next phase of growth both organic and via acquisition, FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of a Finance Director / CFO to Join the business.
This position will partner with the Owner / Manging Partner / CEO to drive the business forward in a ambitious 5 Years growth plan with the view of leading to an exit
Whilst this position will have great scope for BAU tasks around developing the companies\' process / controls / systems pre accelerated growth, the successful candidate will also be the lead on working on the company strategy, M&A and associated Due Diligence and integrations then to be followed with assisting the managing partner lead the business to exit once revenue targets are achieved

The ideal candidate will -

• Be formally qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) - P/Q and QBE with Relevant experience considered
• Have previous experience gained with an SRA Regulated Law Firm (Ideally \xc2\xa315m-20m Turnover)
• Be a strategic thinker with experience operating in a senior finance capacity (Financial Controller / Head of Finance / Finance Director / CFO)
• Have previous Buy or Sale experience of M&A / Due Diligence / Integrations
• Have the desire to work for a ambitious him growth business working towards Sale / Exit.

This position will require Travel to London (Euston Offices) however due to the national nature of the firm can be based across the UK.
A basic salary of up to \xc2\xa3170,000 Bonus and Equity Participation can be offered.
