This is a rare opportunity to join a respected, founder-led organisation that has grown organically to a 15m turnover. With long-term contracts in place and a history of sustainable growth, the business is now strengthening its senior leadership team to support its continued evolution.
You will be stepping into a senior leadership role currently held by a long-term advisor. The timing is ideal for a commercially astute, hands-on finance leader to embed themselves into the fabric of the business.

What we're looking for:

• A qualified Finance Director or senior finance leader with experience in SME and service-based environments
• Commercially minded, operationally engaged, and able to thrive in a values-led, entrepreneurial business
• Comfortable navigating both day-to-day finance leadership and forward-looking strategic planning
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to operate as a true business partner
• Transaction and due diligence experience desirable as the business may seek acquisition opportunities in the near future
