Lead the delivery of the organisation's effective and efficient financial operations within the UK, ensuring alignment with the organisation's UK-specific vision, strategy, and values.
Deliver high-quality financial insights and analysis to support strategic planning and enable effective decision-making across the organisation.
Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and future growth strategies.
Drive the development and maintenance of robust financial systems, policies, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to enhance financial understanding, embed strong financial management practices, and support continuous improvement.
Support the implementation and ongoing development of financial systems to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enable real-time reporting.
Provide clear cost and contribution analysis across departments, projects, and campuses to inform resource allocation and strategic investment decisions.
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of monthly management accounts, accompanied by meaningful commentary and insights tailored to key stakeholders.
3 - 6 months contract Onsite in Warwick
Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior/director level finance roles.
Proven experience in financial leadership within the not-for-profit or education sector.
