Working alongside the MD, the Finance Director will take responsibility for the finance function, while ensuring business tasks are completed to pre-agreed timescales.

About you

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 6+ years post qualification experience
Successfully leading, developing, and supporting people
Proven experience of leading a finance function, ideally with the evidence of implementing change
Strong communicator, with a hands-on approach and a flexibility to work
Available at short notice

What you'll do

Lead and manage the finance team, providing strategic direction and support
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Implement financial strategies
Streamline cash flow management
Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations
