We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Director of Finance

to lead our organisation's financial planning, management, and reporting functions. The successful candidate will oversee all financial activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support organisational objectives. Oversee financial management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Manage financial accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards. Supervise accounts payable and receivable operations, maintaining efficient cash flow management. Lead cost control initiatives to optimise organisational expenses without compromising quality or service delivery. Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering professional development and high-performance standards. Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and internal controls. Collaborate with other departments to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
