Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and analytical Financial Director to join us. NQA provides accredited certification, training and support services to help customers improve processes, performance and products and services. We have issued over 50,000 certificates to clients in over 90 countries resulting in a yearly revenue of around 100 million Euro. NQA was acquired by Kiwa in 2024, a global leader in the Testing, Inspecting and Certification (TIC) sector, based in the Netherlands. For NQA UK we are looking for a Finance Director who will initially also support the US. As Finance Director you are part of the global NQA management team, reporting into the president of NQA, based in the US, with a dotted reporting line into the Kiwa UK Group CFO. This role offers the potential for career advancement to other positions within Kiwa. This is a remote role with some travel. About the role:

This role will lead, manage, and continually improve the global financial activities relating to NQA and Unitek's scope of operations.

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Financial Director for large international TIC industry company in a newly Established Business Sector division, with strong numerical skills to drive our organisation's financial objectives.Managing the Finance Team Overseeing internal controls Ensuring compliance with group policies Setting financial targets Developing financial strategies Conducting feasibility studies Monitoring expenditure Monitoring cash flow Managing tax compliance Assisting in the full M&A process for potential acquisitions Ensuring M&A is integrated well into the business processes Ensuring that financial back-offices at Kiwa UK and Kiwa North America are well organised into Finance National Shared Service Centre (NSC) in the UK and USA

Do you have what it takes?:

Your skills in sound financial planning coupled with your ability to direct financial assets will assist our organisation in implementing effective financial strategies, managing debt, improving revenue, maintaining a healthy financial position, and managing internal and external financial reporting requirements.

Accounting qualification (i.e. ACA, ACCA,CIMA) A significant amount of experience in a finance leadership role Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects. Demonstrated strategic planning experience at the executive level. Proven experience leading and mentoring a finance team. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent organisational and leadership skills In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices An analytical mind with a strategic ability Proficient in accounting software
