We deliver complex data centre and mission critical projects for global clients, and we're looking for a commercially astute, and hands-on Finance Director to help lead our next chapter. This is an opportunity to shape a high-growth business, influence strategic decisions, and build a finance function that supports our ambitions for the future.
As Finance Director, you'll provide strategic financial leadership across our UK and international operations, acting as a trusted advisor to the business owners and a key driver of performance. We need someone who is just as comfortable setting long-term strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves, diving into project numbers, resolving complex accounting queries, and getting close to the detail when needed.

You will lead:
Financial strategy, governance, and long-term planning.
Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, modelling & performance analysis.
Consolidated reporting, board packs, and statutory accounts.
Cash flow management, working capital optimisation, and funding strategy.
Project-level financial oversight -- margins, WIP, revenue, commercial risk.
Systems, processes, data integrity & continuous improvement.
Development and mentoring of a strong, capable finance team.

You will bring:
Full accountancy qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Significant financial leadership experience within an SME or project-based environment.
Strong technical accounting skills, including group consolidation & multi-jurisdiction reporting.
A commercial, action-oriented mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence at director level.
Strategic thinking paired with a willingness to get hands-on with detail, processes, and controls.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
