Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance ERP Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with hands-on experience in SAP S4/HANA. This role is pivotal in ensuring our financial processes are optimized and aligned with our business objectives. o Act as SAP subject matter expert in Finance. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP FICO module. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with other modules and systems. o Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance. o Understand finance business processes in detail and apply this knowledge to shape our ERP landscape. o Plan, monitor, organize, and oversee projects. o Build effective two-way communication with the internal customers, to understand and manage their expectations/requirements and gather feedback to continually improve systems and ensure customer satisfaction. o Keep abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and developments, including changes in business processes. E.g. stay updated with the latest SAP S4/HANA features and functionalities. o Lead a team of FICO consultants.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SAP FICO Functional Analyst Proven experience with SAP S4/Hana implementation and support Project management experience Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Process Improvement & Optimization skills FinanceProject Management Business Analysis Leadership skills Data Analytics Service and Operation Management Agile Methodology Certification in SAP FICO and/or SAP S4/Hana Experience in a multinational corporation
