The Role

The 2024 Finance Graduates will perform a variety of roles for a multi-national finance team. We have a fresh new team expanding in our Belfast office and we want to hear from candidates that are motivated, self-driven and have a passion to learn and develop their skills in the world of financial technology.

Preferred Requirements:

Customer service experience (comfortable working with senior management and business owners).
+ Solid competency in the following: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
+ Candidates must have or be working towards or completed an Undergraduate degree in a Finance-related discipline.

The successful applicants will be able to work within all of Options-IT's Finance function which is split into a variety of areas including:

Financial Planning and Analysis. Financial Accounting. Management Accounting. Budgeting & Forecasting. Monthly Reporting and Consolidation. Transaction Services. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. Ad-hoc experience in other specialist functions such as tax and procurement.

We're also looking for candidates with:

Strong research, writing and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable working environment. Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Desire to travel and see the world. Ability to work independently and manage your own projects in a professional manner. A passion for innovation and the financial technology sector. Strong interpersonal skills. Project management skills and proven ability to manage own workload.
