We specialise in evaluation and public engagement, manage Healthwatch Dorset and Healthwatch Wolverhampton, and support Maternity and Neonatal Voice Partnerships across the South West. The role
As Finance, HR and Business Admin Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Evolving Communities operates smoothly and efficiently. This position involves overseeing financial management procedures, managing HR processes, and delivering business administration support across the organisation. Working closely with the Chief Executive and a small, dedicated team, you will help support our mission to improve health and care services, ensuring robust financial controls, effective HR practices, and seamless business operations.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised individual with significant experience in senior finance, HR, and administration roles. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping and accounting skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and Sage, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. You should be adaptable, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and committed to upholding high ethical standards and promoting diversity and equal opportunities.
