Can you contribute to the smooth running of the business side of our nursery?
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hardworking and capable person to assist the Business Manager with the financial and HR elements of the nursery.
This is a varied role and duties will include:
Accurately maintaining staff records, processing employment contract changes and assisting with safer recruitment.
Assisting the Business Manager with the financial elements of the business including placing orders, raising purchase orders, processing invoices and reconciling statements.
What You Need to Succeed
We are ideally looking for someone who has:
Previously worked within an office, has finance and HR experience or the aptitude to learn these skills
Ability to work under pressure, dealing with conflicting demands and interruptions.
Effective communication skills and has the ability to form positive working relationships.
A positive 'can do' attitude.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
Works accurately with great attention to detail.
Excellent IT skills.
You need to be reliable, enthusiastic and dedicated to providing an excellent service. The successful applicant will be positive and patient to contribute to the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery.
