Finance & HR Coordinator

Salary from \xc2\xa340,229 to \xc2\xa348,456 pa inclusive with potential to progress to \xc2\xa352,095 pa inclusive of London allowance

The Suntory and Toyota International Centres for Economics and Related Disciplines (STICERD) is part of the thriving research community at the LSE. It is home to a diverse group of researchers, covering topics such as economic development, social and public policy, and inequality.

We are seeking an experienced Finance & HR Coordinator to support the Centre Manager with the financial and personnel administration of the Centre. The post holder will be responsible for overseeing budgets on core and research funded projects, preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and providing finance and HR guidance to academic and professional services colleagues. They will also coordinate the recruitment and appointment of salaried and hourly paid researcher staff.

The successful candidate will have:

- Experience of financial management, including administering multiple budgets.

- Proven ability to produce financial and management reports and present information in an accurate and clear format.

- A high level of numeracy skills and excellent written skills.

- Ability to clearly communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
