A fantastic opportunity in the Human Resources Department of an established manufacturing company has come available. You will be based at their state-of-the-art facility in Normanton, which currently has over 1,000 employees onsite. The business manufactures a number of high-quality food products that are packaged and distributed UK-wide to a major retailer. Roles and Responsibilities as a HR Coordinator:

  • Coordinating daily absence reports and directly liaising with management in each department
  • Using internal systems to process new starter information
  • Completion of HR paperwork
  • Responding to colleagues with any ER issues
  • Dealing with payroll and holiday queries
  • Running return-to-work interviews/reviews
I would love to see CVs from individuals who have:
  • Previous experience in HR and/or recruitment
  • A CIPD qualification as this would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Previously worked as a HR Coordinator, Human Resources Assistant, HR Administrator
  • Strong IT and Excel skills
  • Previously worked in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment
  • A can-do and hands-on attitude/approach
  • A full UK driving license
