Capital City College is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and skilled Finance Lecturer to join our dynamic London-based team to deliver the T Level Technical Qualification in Finance.

About the Role

We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable individuals to join as an hourly paid Lecturer to deliver the T Level Technical Qualification in Finance. This role involves teaching both the core and occupational specialist components. As an hourly paid lecturer, you will:


Deliver engaging, inclusive teaching sessions that support learners to achieve their goals Deliver comprehensive teaching for both the core and occupational specialist components of the T Level in Finance Prepare students for externally set and marked assessments, including examinations and the Employer Set Project. Share your knowledge and real-world insights to help learners develop their skills and understanding Adapt your teaching to meet diverse learner needs

About You

We're looking for a passionate and committed individual with:


Proven experience in the Finance sector Strong knowledge of financial compliance, risk analysis, investment banking, and insurance practices. Ability to teach and assess topics related to financial regulations, ethical practices, and sector-specific financial product. Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)

You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
