We're recruiting for a Finance Managerto join us. We're offering a competitive base salary.
You will play a key role in shaping the financial future of one of the UK's leading investment management firms. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings fresh ideas, and is ready to make a real impact.
What you'll be doing:

• Supporting senior finance leaders with high-quality financial planning and analysis
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Delivering insightful financial reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial governance and control
• Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and analytics
• Leading scenario planning and business case evaluations
• Supporting the transition and enhancement of commercial finance analytics
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications
Who we're looking for:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in the asset management industry (preferred)
• Familiarity with tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
