We're recruiting for a Finance Manager (15 month FTC) to join us. We're offering a competitive base salary.


Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our dynamic team within L&G Retail. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead key financial processes, support strategic decision-making, and develop talent in a collaborative and inclusive environment.


What you'll be doing:

Overseeing core finance operations and guiding the team through daily activities Evaluating and improving processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk Managing timely and accurate reconciliations across internal and external submissions Supporting audit processes by organising and delivering key documentation Contributing to budgeting and forecasting with detailed financial analysis Building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing data-driven insights Ensuring finance systems and processes support fair customer outcomes Leading, motivating and developing team members in line with company values

Qualifications



Who we're looking for:

Holding a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills Communicating clearly and confidently across all levels Desired: Understanding the Lifetime Mortgages market and its regulatory landscape Managing teams effectively and supporting professional development Working proactively and independently with sound judgement Adapting to change with a flexible and solutions-focused mindset Building trusted relationships and influencing decisions with credibility
